Mercedes-Benz Dives in with a 960 Horsepower Luxury Yacht

Mercedes-Benz Arrow460-Granturismo luxury yacht

Mercedes-Benz has been innovating cars since it was founded, nearly a century ago, in 1926. They hit the ground running by offering the world’s first petrol-powered car, the Benz Patent Motorwagen, and they’ve maintained a reputation for innovation throughout the generations. Today, Mercedes-Benz taps into that innovative spirit once again, this time setting their sights beyond the highways.

Recently, Mercedes-Benz made headlines when it unveiled the newest addition to its impressive fleet of vehicles – the Arrow460-Granturismo motor yacht. Released initially as a conceptual design, consumer demand has already made it poised to be a best seller if Mercedes makes good on its promise of combining luxury and performance.

According to Mercedes-Benz, the 46-foot Granturismo will boast a 960 horsepower motor, comfortable accommodation for 10 people and avant-garde style sure to create all the right kinds of waves. It also boasts a price tag of around $1.7 million.

According to reports, only 10 of these yachts will be produced and there’s even talk that only 1 person in each country will be able to own one. While customers and fans are holding their breath to see how sea trials go with this new line, potential owners have already begun lining up and requesting access through the Mercedes-Benz website ensuring that the Arrow460-Granturismo becomes another in a long line of groundbreaking achievements for the infamous company.
