Starting MSRP is $52,705, almost double that of the F250 XLT. But it’s well worth it to go for that extra power. You get tons more pick up and you’ll be proud driving around in the super duty of super duties.

The F450 XLT features a crew cab and a 6.7-liter Power Stroke(R) V8 Turbo Diesel Engine. It’s also got an integrated trailer brake controller and comes with a trailer tow package. The transmission is the trademarked TorqShift 6-speed SelectShift transmission, bigger and better than the transmission of previous models that Ford lovers have come to adore and appreciate.

For handling, the pick up comes with a standard mono beam Wide Track Front Suspension with extended axle. It also comes with roll stability control and trailer sway control. Optional packages include a camper package, engine block heater, snow plow package and a 5th-wheel gooseneck trailer tow prep package. Ford’s gone all out on this one.

The 2011 Ford F450 XLT features a state-of-the-art audio system that includes an AM/FM stereo with single CD and Mykey feature. Options include SIRIUS Satellite Stereo and Ford SYNC Communications and Entertainment System.
